We currently deliver across Pakistan. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of being confirmed over WhatsApp, and typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your city. You'll get a WhatsApp update when your order ships.
Delivery is free on orders over the threshold shown at checkout, and a flat rate applies below that — the exact amounts are shown in your cart before you check out.
All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay the courier when your order arrives. No online payment is required to place an order.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Products must be unused and in their original packaging for a return to be accepted. Because orders are confirmed individually over WhatsApp, the fastest way to start a return is to message us there.
Since every order is confirmed with you personally over WhatsApp before it ships, that's also the best time to change quantities, your address, or cancel — just let us know when we message you to confirm.
