When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address, and the items you ordered. If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address. We don't collect payment card details — orders are Cash on Delivery.

Order and contact information is stored securely in our database and is only accessible to Ghar Point staff who need it to fulfil your order.
Order confirmations are sent via WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy terms. We only share the details necessary to confirm your order — items, total, and delivery address.
You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly. To request that we delete your order history or contact information, email us and we'll process the request as permitted by law.
